Site Manager

£45k - £55k + Car Allowance/Vehicle + Package (Depending on Level and Experience)

Following a great meeting with this dynamic construction company on a significant growth trajectory they are looking to strengthen their management team by appointing a site manager.

Projects would be in the commercial, industrial and care/resi sectors up to £6m predominantly in the Yorkshire region.

Job Role & Responsibilities:

The role would suit an experienced site manager with duties to include:

• Site Setup
• Reading Drawings
• Daily Diaries, Tool Box Talks
• Overseeing subcontractors to ensure quality and programme are achieved
• Material call offs
• Ensuring RAMS and Company H&S procedures are adhered to
• Liaison with architect, Clerks of Works & other stakeholders

Qualifications/Background:
• Recognised construction related qualification (NVQ, HNC, HND etc)
• SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid
• Ideally will have worked in the industrial & commercial sectors
