Our client, a leading global integrator headquartered in Central London, delivering top-tier AV services across diverse industries worldwide.

As an AV Commissioner, you will be responsible for commissioning and maintaining a variety of AV equipment, including Extron, Biamp, Crestron, Logitech, Polycom for Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, and Cisco Webex. Your role will involve upgrading firmware and software, ensuring proper wiring as per schematics, fault-finding, building/commissioning proof of concepts, and performing break-fix/service work where required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commissioning and configuring AV equipment for primarily commercial meeting rooms
• Upgrading firmware and software for various AV systems.
• Setting up and maintaining Microsoft Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Cisco Webex and other VC providers
• Ensuring all equipment is wired according to schematics and troubleshooting any issues that arise.
• Building proof of concepts for new AV solutions and providing feedback
• Providing break-fix and service support as required.

Skills and Experience:

• Experience within the AV industry or an IT background is preferred. (Maybe you're an AV engineer looking to take the next step)
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret technical schematics.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude.
