Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Demand Planner to join the team. Our client is a globally-recognised Health & Beauty brand. The successful candidate will have demand planning/ merchandising experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage various stakeholders.

Description

Key responsibilities include:

Oversee and manage product forecasting process
Collaborate cross-functionally to align forecasts with market trends
Monitor and adjust forecasts based on changes in demand
Work closely with inventory teams to ensure optimal stock levels
Provide insight and analysis on supply chain processes and performance
Identify opportunities for process improvement within the supply chain
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at various levels of the organisation
Participate in cross-functional projects as requiredProfile

The successful candidate would have:

Experience in a similar Demand Planning/ Merchandising role.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Proficiency with Excel and ERP systems.
Ability to work collaboratively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.Job Offer

On offer to the candidate:

Up to c.£40,000 plus 10% bonus and package
Hybrid working from Essex office.
