The role:
· Build rapport with new and existing clients whilst maintaining accounts
· Provide a high level of customer service and ensure your clients get to their desired outcome
· Be the first point of contact for clients, both face to face and over the phone
· Expand your knowledge of insurance products and services
· Quickly be able to educate your clients on what insurance policy works best and suits their needs
· Be entering an office where ideas and progression is encouraged massively
About you:
· Previous administration/ customer service experience
· Ambitious
· Confident
· Ability to build relationships
