Are you an experienced professional looking to take the next step in your career? My client is seeking a talented and dedicated individual to join their Conveyancing department.
 
This is a fantastic chance for a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer to independently handle residential property transactions from start to finish.
 
Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, overseeing the process from instruction to post-completion.
Deliver clear, expert legal advice to clients while maintaining exceptional communication through various channels.
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless progress on transactions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, third parties, and industry contacts to support business growth.
Prepare and review legal documents, ensuring compliance with regulations, including Anti-Money Laundering requirements.
Handle applications to the Land Registry and address requisitions efficiently 
Essential Skillset

Comprehensive knowledge of residential conveyancing and property law in the UK.
Proven ability to manage a diverse range of property transactions independently.
Exceptional organisational skills to handle competing priorities effectively.
Outstanding communication skills to deliver first-class service to clients and colleagues alike.
A proactive team player with the ability to work autonomously when needed. 
Package

£30,000 - £50,000 depending on experience
Based in either Dover, Deal or Sandwich – dependent on location
Hybrid working after successful probation
