Sphere Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a high-end bespoke house builder based in Bristol. This is an exciting opportunity to work on unique residential projects across Bristol and Somerset, with a company that has a strong pipeline of work and a reputation for delivering high-quality homes.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Manage the commercial aspects of bespoke housing projects from start to finish.
✅ Oversee cost planning, procurement, and contract management.
✅ Ensure projects are delivered within budget while maintaining high-quality standards.
✅ Work closely with site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
✅ Prepare valuations, variations, and final accounts.
✅ Use COINS software for financial management and reporting.

Requirements:

✔ Experience in the house building industry (essential).
✔ Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
✔ Proficiency in COINS software (essential).
✔ Ability to manage multiple projects across Bristol & Somerset.
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills.
