We are currently seeking a Workshop Operative for our client based in Reading. This is a Temporary Ongoing position with an immediate start, offering a fantastic chance to develop your skills and grow within the company.

Details:

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 am – 16:00 pm

* Pay Rate: £11.44ph + holiday allowance

Key Responsibilities:

* Assemble, prepare, and build wooden products to the highest standards.

* Operate various machines and tools to cut, prepare, and assemble components.

* Ensure work meets quality standards, identify potential issues, and propose solutions.

* Maintain a clean and safe working environment by cleaning work areas, machines, and equipment.

* Report equipment or facility issues promptly.

* Adhere to safety protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment.

Skills and Experience Required:

* Strong attention to detail.

* Basic DIY skills.

* Experience with woodwork is desirable but not essential as full training will be provided.
