A client of ours in the Clacton-on-Sea area are recruiting a Digital Marketing Executive to join their team. This is a full-time position working Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5.00pm and paying £30,000 - £35,000 per annum depending on experience. Hybrid and remote working will be considered for this role.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Execute day-to-day management of paid search ad campaigns (Google & Microsoft), including setup, optimisation, monitoring and to return a positive ROI.
Work closely with the Marketing Manager on internal communication, campaign planning and strategic recommendations/optimisations.
Monitor campaign performance metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights
Present a multi-channel analytics report (SEM, SEO, Social, Email, Web Analytics) and recommend optimisation action plans to sales and marketing teams
Conduct regular conversion rate optimisation audits and execute A/B tests, user testing/feedback to improve conversion rates across the brands' digital channels and assets
Supporting the identification, tracking and interpretation of critical key market data, commerce statistics, consumer trends, and competitive intel
Assist in budget management and optimisations across multiple platforms
Support the Paid Social Ad Programme (LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram)
Support the SEO strategy to ensure top organic search ranking positions
Support the email marketing automation strategy
Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Digital Marketing Executive position:
Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate data to identify and recommend optimisation
Hands-on experience in Google Analytics 4 with a strong ability to derive actionable insights
Ability to demonstrate how PPC fits into the wider area of digital marketing
Understanding of bidding strategies, including manual and automated bidding, and the ability to optimise bids to achieve performance goals
Ability to create and optimise effective ad copy, including headlines, descriptions, and calls-to-action.
Knowledge of ad targeting, including geographic, demographic, and contextual targeting, and the ability to optimise campaigns for maximum performance.
Understanding of conversion tracking, including the ability to set up and analyse conversion tracking data.
A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data manipulation as well as proficiency in using PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Word
Excellent copywriting across various formats and tones
Experience working with and managing the relationship of 3rd party suppliers
