As a Booking Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing top-tier customer service, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a seamless booking process for our valued clients.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and manage bookings for our agency;
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and team members;
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and client information;
- Resolve any issues that may arise during the booking process;
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
Requirements:
- Experience 1+ years in a similar role is preferred;
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
- Excellent customer service skills;

- Proven problem-solving abilities;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
