Quality Systems Support

Temp - £17 per hour

We are looking for someone to support our client’s quality team on an ongoing temporary basis at their site in Birtley.

The ideal candidate will be assisting with the company’s management systems covering ISO 9001 & ISO 14001 ensuring full compliance against applicable standards. Also supporting internal quality investigations when required.

Role & Responsibilities

* Administration of the company document control register, ensuring that documents are updated and re-issued as required.

* Supporting with Internal Audits for company processes and procedures.

* Helping with the completion of non-conformances raised from internal and external audits.

* Aiding with management reviews in line with the requirements of applicable standards.

* Assisting in monitoring of metrics and reports to ensure the efficient operation of the management systems.

* Assists with 3rd party audits.

* Provide support to department in relation to QSHE initiatives

* Supporting all quality problem investigation and resolution using recognised techniques, Ie 8d, FMEA.

Knowledge & Experience

* Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within manufacturing

* Must be fully conversant in ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2025

* Highly advantageous to have some experience in ISO 45001
