Administrator
Duration: 6 month temporary position, with the view to go permanent
Location: Tunstall
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm
Salary: up to £26,000 per annum
Key Duties
Responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative tasks across the department
Assisting the team with scheduling and planning for contractors and clients
Providing technical support for the team and wider department
Ensuring efficient customer service operations
Ensuring practice databases are complete and accurate
Communicating with clients and team managers on a regular basis
Key Skills Required
Must have previous experience of scheduling and planning
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word etc.
Passionate about offering a high-quality service to clients
Able to work under pressure
Strong customer service skills, able to communicate clearly to both colleagues and clients
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
