Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Location: Kingswinford
Salary: £30,000-£35,000
Hours: 8am-4.30pm Monday to Friday
 
Calling all experienced Maintenance Technicians!
 
Pertemps Dudley are seeking a Maintenance Technician on behalf of our client based in Kingswinford. Our client is a highly regarded market leading manufacturer and due to a sustained period of growth, they are now looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician that holds a solid understanding of electrical, pneumatics, and mechanical systems.
 
Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and servicing on a range of equipment and machinery
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical system issues
Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and improve equipment reliability
Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergency repairs
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance work carried out
Follow health and safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment 
Requirements:

Minimum City & Guilds Level 3 in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent
Basic understanding of electrical systems, pneumatics, and other maintenance systems
Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
Proven experience in a maintenance or engineering role
Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
Knowledge of health and safety standards.
