As a Deputy Ward Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Leading and supporting junior staff and students
Ensuring high standards of care for patient's mental and physical health
Acting as a role model and providing leadership
Working effectively as part of a Multi-Disciplinary Team
Supporting with recruitment and retention
Conducting risk assessments and writing reports
