What You’ll Be Doing
In this role, you’ll work closely with the Head of Quality Control, growing into full ownership of our quality control checks and gaining the knowledge to support and guide our talented studio team. Your tasks will include:
* Managing the Quality Control Process: Overseeing all aspects of the quality check, from initial external client checks to file organization and ensuring artwork compliance with brand standards.
* Guideline Expertise: You’ll become an expert on ALDI guidelines (covering barcodes, nutrition, sustainability), advising the team on compliance.
* Precision Checks: Verifying designs in all their details—text, layout, color, and more—to meet quality standards for German and multilingual packaging.
* Collaborative Feedback: Communicating with account managers and artworkers, providing clear, constructive feedback.
* Client Relations: Efficiently handling client queries in both German and English, delivering quality feedback and assistance.
What You’ll Need
* Fluency in German and English (written and spoken)
* Degree-level qualification and ideally some experience or interest in the creative/branding industry
* Meticulous attention to detail with a strong sense of responsibility for high-quality work
* Communication skills: You can articulate feedback clearly and professionally
* Familiarity with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
