Secretariat Assistant
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Secretariat Assistant to join our client based in Egham.
The successful Secretariat Assistant will be responsible for:
Ensuring executive committees and council meetings are prioritised
Organise committee meetings
Sending out papers and following up on actions
Book meeting rooms and refreshments when needed
Participate and support in organising events
Act as first point of contact for general enquiries from council members
Resolve general enquiries
The Secretariat Assistant will have:
Proven secretarial or senior administration experience
Excellent interpersonal skills including professionalism
Experience working with confidential and sensitive issues
A high level of organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage a variety of tasks at one time
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to to draft documents, correspondence and reports
Excellent IT skills, including MS Office and an ability to learn new systems
Data management skills
Ability to pursue tasks, managing work flows and remaining calm under pressure
