Area Sales Manager - South West UK
Location: South West England 
Salary: £40K-£45K base, uncapped OTE ( potential to earn £100K p/a)

Join rapidly growing lighting solutions provider, specializing in architectural lighting, linear lighting and commercial LED strips.  With a strong presence in both the UK and Europe, they offer innovative lighting products to the commercial, architectural, and industrial sectors.

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to join a dynamic team and expand our presence in the South West UK region. If you enjoy working in the evolving lighting industry and ready to drive sales in a competitive market, this role may be right for you. 

Key Responsibilities

Develop and manage relationships with new and existing clients, including wholesalers, contractors, and specifiers.
Promote brand's comprehensive lighting solutions, focusing on LED strips and architectural lighting.
Identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth in the South West region.
Collaborate with the in-house lighting design team to deliver tailored lighting solutions. 
Achieve sales targets and unlock commission (1.5% on sales over €20K/month).
What We're Looking For

Proven sales experience in the lighting industry, particularly with LED strip lighting. 
Strong understanding of the market, with a track record of building successful client relationships.
Ability to work independently, with flexibility for remote work and travel within the South West region.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Experience selling to electrical wholesalers or working in similar lighting product categories.
