We are working with a company with over 8 years trading specialising in domestic plumbing and heating in Surrey and surrounding areas. This is an opportunity of a Gas Engineer, Plumbing and Heating Engineers to join a company that offer great training and development and career progression.

Call out – 1 in 5 - £3,000 call-out retainer.

08:00 – 17:30 – 1 hour lunch break unpaid

Duties:

* Carry out servicing, breakdown and maintenance work on all types of gas, boilers, plumbing and heating systems.

* Carry out all aspects of gas, boiler, plumbing and heating installation work as required.

* Carry out major installation work, including but not limited to Full central heating systems, Boiler swaps, cylinders storage tanks including all associated pipework alterations.

* Undertake minor plumbing repairs, such as replacement ball valves, syphons and tap

* refurbishment.

* Carry out Landlord gas safety inspections.

* Carry out heating and plumbing inspections for contract suitability.

* Carry out heating related site surveys and prepare specifications for surveyors as

* required.
