Job Description - Repairs Manager
Liverpool
For a Housing Association
£42k plus van and Fuel card
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of repair jobs, from initial scoping to completion, ensuring client specifications are met, and work is carried out safely.
Attend validation inspections and accurately scope works.
Utilise the Total Mobile Dashboard to manage job workflow, respond to client inquiries, and record job notes accurately.
Conduct safety inspections and enforce site safety regulations.
Create and review Health and Safety Files prior to project commencement.
Anticipate and resolve problems, minimising risks by strictly adhering to health and safety policies.
Experience:
Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role.
Strong understanding of cyclical workstreams.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and with supply chain delivery models.
Proficiency in Total Mobile and Microsoft Office.
Ability to handle emergencies and effectively prioritise workload.
Excellent written communication skills, with a focus on clarity and conciseness.
Qualifications:
Relevant site management qualification or equivalent experience.
Valid SMSTS, SSSTS, First Aid, and Asbestos Awareness certifications.
