Quality Engineer - East Kilbride, Scotland

About Us: Join a leading manufacturer in East Kilbride, Scotland. Our client, known for precision products, is expanding and seeking a skilled Quality Engineer to enhance their Quality Department.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and enforce quality standards.
Support and maintain QMS and ISO requirements.
Ensure compliance with environmental and health & safety regulations.
Address and resolve quality issues with operations managers.
Conduct internal and external audits.
Prepare detailed reports and documentation.
Collaborate with suppliers to improve quality.Requirements:

HNC in Quality or Process Engineering (desirable).
Experience in manufacturing.
Ability to read engineering drawings.
Knowledge of Environmental and H&S legislation.
Expertise in ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean, and continuous improvement methods.
Strong problem-solving skills and IT proficiency.Package:

Salary: Competitive
4-day work week (Mon-Thurs, 37.5hrs)
28 days holiday
