Welsh Speaking Contact Centre Advisor
Location: Hybrid, Monday-Friday, 37 hours.
Pay rate: £14.32 per hour
We are seeking a dedicated Welsh speaking Contact Centre Advisor to join our client’s busy Customer Hub. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling queries through calls, emails, and social media, ensuring exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer enquiries across multiple platforms.
Process customer registrations and licences with accuracy.
Promote high standards of customer care.
Contribute to improving systems and processes.Qualifications:
Essential: Fluent in Welsh
Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with handling personal data securely.
