We have a great opportunity for an experienced 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer to join a dynamic team that’s focused on delivering exceptional service, within a well-established, bespoke Managed Service Provider, based in London.

You will play a crucial role in supporting and managing their major client’s on-prem global infrastructure, supporting compute and storage services in a hybrid cloud environment, providing high-quality 3rd line technical support to IT and platforms, resolving complex technical issues through effective troubleshooting and hand-on support for business as usual (BAU) operations.
