Thrive Group are delighted to working with our successful client in the Blandford area who are looking to recruit an Administrator (HR) on a permanent basis.
What you will be doing:
Assisting the HR department with a range of duties
Preparation of offer letters and dealing with references
Involvement with new starters including inductions
Processing holiday bookings and dealing with employee queries
Updating the HR system
Production of a range of documents and templatesWhat you need in order to succeed:
A confidential approach is essential
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Accuracy and the ability to work with discretion where no two days are the same
Experience within HR is not essential although an interest would be beneficial What you will receive in return:
