Forecast & Planning Analyst
Location: Derby
Reports to: Forecasting & Planning Team Leader
Salary: £28,000 to £30,000

Are you the type of person who can predict what’s next before anyone else sees it coming? Do numbers and trends talk to you? That's good. We need someone to manage our stock levels so we’re never caught short.

The role:

You’ll be the mastermind behind our demand forecasts, working with sales data and customer behaviour to ensure we’re always ready for what’s coming next. It’s about more than just looking at numbers—you’ll work with teams across the business to ensure we’ve got the right products in the right place at the right time. No stockouts, no overflows—just smooth, efficient planning.

Your responsibilities:

• Keep our demand forecasts sharp, using real-time sales data and customer trends to adjust as needed.

• Work closely with the sales and commercial teams to ensure that new launches, promotions, and big events don’t throw us off our game.

• Update the ERP system so everyone’s on the same page—accuracy is everything here.

• Collaborate with supply chain and production to ensure that everything runs smoothly, from stock movements to production plans.

About you:

• You’ve got experience in demand planning, supply chain, or logistics—bonus points if that’s in the food or FMCG world.

• You speak the language of sales and know how to match stock with market trends.

• Excel is your toolkit, and you know your way around MRP/ERP systems.

• You’re a team player who knows how to get things done by working with others.

Why join?

If you want to influence how a business runs and see the impact of your work every day, this is the place for you. It’s a fast-paced environment where your forecasting will help drive real results.

Perfect for someone who’s not afraid of a bit of responsibility and thrives on staying ahead of the game
