Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Days role, Mon - Fri
A new opportunity for an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a Liverpool based plastic manufacturing company on a day shift (08.00. 16.30)
Reporting into the Engineering Manager you will join a team of Maintenance Engineers, ensuring all machines are effectively maintained and optimised to support production.
Key Tasks:
Planned, preventative and breakdown maintenance
Fault finding and diagnosis on electrical software and systems
Work closely with production to ensure plant meets all KPI's
Identify improvement opportunities and support development of systems to help move the department forward
Contribute to Capex projects - equipment installation, commissioning, automation upgrades
Ensure all H&S procedures are adhered to
Implement engineering solutions in a timely and cost-effective manner
Manage site automation systems
Key requirements:
Time served Electrical Engineer (HNC/HND)
Experience gained in a med-heavy manufacturing environment
C&G 2382 18th Edition
Strong knowledge of industrial automation and control systems
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Mechanical aptitude
Improvement mind-set
Excellent communication skills

25 days holiday + 8 bank holidays
00-16.30 Mon-Thurs and 8.00 - 16.00 Fri
