Simon Acres Group is working on behalf of our client to find a motivated and sales-driven Internal Salesperson to join their team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales and customer service to play a key role in a thriving plumbers’ merchant.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with trade and retail customers, understanding their requirements and providing expert product advice.

* Support the sales team in driving business growth through proactive customer engagement.

* Work towards individual and team sales targets, maximising opportunities.

* Develop strong product knowledge to confidently advise on plumbing and heating solutions.

* Deliver excellent customer service, ensuring a smooth purchasing experience.

What We’re Looking For:

* Previous sales experience, ideally within a trade, plumbing, or merchant environment.

* Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building customer relationships.

* A proactive and results-driven approach to sales.
