PSR Solutions is working with a main contractor to recruit a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor. This is to work on a Civils infrastructure project in Hull. The role will be outside of IR35 subject to assessment. Scope to work from home two days a week.

Duties Include: T

Procurement of sub-contract packages. Utilising your knowledge of relevant terms and conditions
Agreement of the valuation of variations
Checking of sub-contractors interim and final account applications and preparation of associated payments
Cost value reconciliations
Effective communication with the project team

Highways experience required
