The role will involve working nationwide on a hotel bedroom refurbishment framework, taking charge of end-to-end project delivery, managing budgets, schedules, and teams to ensure flawless execution. Your responsibilities will include overseeing all project phases, coordinating with stakeholders, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

This is a fast-paced environment, so we need someone with experience managing hotel and retail refurbishment projects who thrives under pressure and can solve problems effectively.

The successful candidate must have extensive project management experience in hotel or retail sectors. Strong organizational and leadership skills to manage multidisciplinary team. Proficiency in budget management and scheduling. A proactive, detail-oriented professional who excels at client and stakeholder communication and an up to date CSCS card, First Aid and SMSTS
