We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join our dynamic Probate and Wills Department in St Helens. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for law and a desire to grow their career in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Contract: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

Assist solicitors with case preparation and management.
Conduct legal research and draft documents.
Liaise with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information.
Manage and organise case files and legal documents.
Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.Requirements:

Previous experience in a paralegal role or similar position.
Strong understanding of probate and wills law - ideally.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
