A buoyant multi disciplinary consultancy are busy across all 3 locations as clients continue to 'reach out' for their architectural, Interior Design and civil/structural engineering services. The Cardiff location have been instructed on new schemes across residential, 'blue light' and commercial industries and are looking for a Senior Architectural Technician.

You will 'hit the floor running' from day one where responsibilities will feature.

- Full working drawings

- Overseeing work of junior members

- Running building control 'areas of work'

- Attending site meetings

We are keen to hear from applicants who can run multiple projects keeping within timeframes and budgets. You will have an 'eye for detail' and hold a sound knowledge of the building regs. AutoCAD or REVIT literacy is required.

As a company they can provide a stable amount of work and good admin support in a collaborative environment. They like to promote within the ranks and provide an appealing salary.
