About The Company:

* I’m working with a family-owned construction, refurbishment, fit out, and maintenance contractor who deliver projects for a range of well-established clients across the UK.

* Due to securing an exciting range of new contracts, they’re looking for an Estimator / Senior Estimator to join their team.

The Role:

As an Estimator, your responsibilities will include:

* Preparing accurate cost estimates for refurbishment and fit-out projects.

* Compiling and submitting competitive tender bids.

* Completing Pre-Qualification Questionnaires (PQQs) and bid proposals.

* Maintaining and updating pricing schedules and cost data.

* Delivering bid presentations.

* Assessing project requirements and site conditions to inform pricing.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in estimating within the construction or fit-out sector (Desirable)

* Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail

* Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
