We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Works Manager to join a large tier 1 main contractor working on a project in Bicester.

As part of this role you will:

* The day to day relationship with local intelligent client representatives and end users of the service

* Planned and reactive maintenance delivery, managing principle and specialist supply chain partners

* Compliance with the safe system of work and agreed health and safety management controls

* Directly delivered periodic statutory and mandatory inspections

* The contract quality and assurance regime, in line with customer guidelines

* Oversight and monitoring of additional small works activity

* Co-ordinating and undertaking a rolling programme of asset condition monitoring/surveying, supported by the asset management and technical compliance function

* Co-ordinating technical and contractual management information at a site level, utilising the contract electronic document management system and information management processes

* Undertaking/supporting general facilities contract management activities, including task management, budget management and the implementation of continuous improvement objectives

* The Site Works (Facilities) Manager will use their technical/engineering service knowledge/background to support the above activities and are likely to take Authorised Person or Responsible Person activities in support off the site/area based safe system of work

**For this role you will need BPSS and EBS clearance, if you do not already hold these you will not be considered for this role
