Manage the nursery's daily operations, including budgets and resources.
Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and safeguarding procedures.
Foster a positive and inclusive environment for children and staff.What We're Looking For:

Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
Proven experience in a senior early years role (Nursery Manager or Senior Role preferred).
In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
A genuine passion for early childhood development.
A proactive, positive, and enthusiastic approach.
Valid Enhanced DBS check will need to be completed.Ready to Lead?
