Job Title: Sales Executive
Location: Bromsgrove - B60
Salary: To £26,000 plus uncapped earnings, realistic OTE £45k - £50k first year (this can be shown at interview)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
We are delighted to be supporting a well-established, family-owned business in the vehicle leasing sector that is currently going through an exciting period of growth. Operating as a credit brokerage, they are authorised by the FCA and are members of the BVRLA.
In short, they connect finance companies, manufacturers, and supplying dealerships to offer customers a straightforward and easy leasing service.
You’ll be responsible for handling incoming sales enquiries, following up on renewals, and reconnecting with lapsed customers – no cold calling involved. While this is a target-driven role, it’s a soft-sell environment focused on building lasting customer relationships.

Day-to-day duties:
Responding to incoming sales enquiries in a timely manner
Managing orders from initial enquiry to final sale
Handling renewal quotations
Upselling to existing customers
Gaining and maintaining strong product knowledge
Liaising with key external stakeholders to ensure the best customer outcomes
Demonstrating high levels of efficiency and accuracy
Following internal sales processes and procedures
Working towards realistic sales targets
What we’re looking for:
Industry experience is advantageous
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Confident computer user
Positive, determined, and confident approach
Resilience and ability to handle rejection professionally
Excellent time management skills
