Position: Computer Science Teacher

Pay Range: £140 - £230 per day
Hours: Full-Time, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Overview:

We are looking for a dedicated and innovative Computer Science Teacher to join a Secondary School in Salisbury starting in September 2024. This position begins as a long-term contract with the strong potential to become permanent for the right candidate. You will be teaching Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 students, inspiring them to excel in the rapidly evolving field of computer science. The role will ideally be full time but the School will consider applicants that can commit part time as well.

Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and interactive Computer Science lessons that spark student interest and foster digital literacy.
Build positive relationships with students and colleagues, contributing to a collaborative and supportive learning environment.
Develop and implement comprehensive lesson plans, assess student progress, and communicate effectively with parents during scheduled events.
Collaborate with the wider teaching team to enhance the Computer Science curriculum and support students' academic and personal growth.
