Cover Supervisor

Are you an aspiring teacher or an individual with experience working with young people? GSL Education Lincolnshire is seeking a confident and adaptable Cover Supervisor to support a vibrant secondary school in Boston. This role is ideal for those looking to gain classroom experience in a flexible and rewarding capacity.

Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans in the absence of the class teacher.
Maintain a positive learning environment and ensure students stay on task.
Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
Provide support to students and answer their questions regarding work.
Requirements:

Experience working with secondary-aged students or young people.
Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
Confidence in managing classrooms independently.
A proactive approach and willingness to adapt to different subject areas.
