About Us:

Role Overview:
As a Health Visitor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based health visiting services to families. You will conduct assessments, provide advice and support, and promote health education to empower families to make informed decisions about their health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct home visits and assessments for children and families, focusing on physical, emotional, and social development.
- Provide guidance and support on infant feeding, immunisations, parenting skills, and child development.
- Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, including GPs, social workers, and community nurses, to ensure holistic care and support for families.

Requirements:
- Registered Nurse or Midwife with additional qualification in Health Visiting.
- Experience in delivering health visiting services, ideally within a community setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with families from diverse backgrounds.
