Field Service Engineer (Coffee, vending and water machines) – Full time

Hours of work: 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
Working 7:30am to 4:30pm
Looking to recruit a full-time vending machine engineer. In this role you will be travelling between client sites in Nottingham, Derby, Leicestershire, and Nottingham.
What will this role entail?
Reporting directly to the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for attending daily service calls, repairs on company products and machinery and supporting with installations.
The successful candidate becomes the face of the company to the client, and so they need to be personable, professional, and presentable always. Please note, this is a demanding job and will include lifting fridges and moving large vending machines.
Key duties will include:
* Servicing and maintenance of a wide variety of vending machines.
* Using specific vending software on a tablet to close service calls.
* Installation of new machines and completion of site surveys.
* Reconditioning and refurbishing machines.
* Explain faults and what repairs are taking place to customers in a simple customer friendly manner.
* Monthly stock take to be completed for the vehicle and warehouse.
What will I need to be considered for this vacancy?
* The ideal candidate will have previous experience in servicing vending and coffee machinery.
* Strong time management skills.
* Organised and be able to plan their day and route. (If not done by our office-based team)
* Be able to communicate well with other technical staff and members of the team.
* Manage stock levels in the vehicle.
* Initiative-taking and flexible work ethic.
* Ability to work independently
