Job Description
As a Receptionist/Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for:
* Sourcing and evaluating candidates across platforms such as LinkedIn and job boards, curating a comprehensive candidate database.
* Crafting and publishing detailed job advertisements using finite attention detail.
* Fostering strong client relationships through effective communication
* You will play a pivotal role in enhancing our company's online presence through social media management.
* Embrace opportunities for professional growth as you learn and execute strategies for business development, including lead generation via email, phone calls, job platforms and other innovative platforms.
* You willl also provide support with general administrative tasks and other ad hoc responsibilities as needed.

Education & Skills:
* Fluent in Enlgish and Turkish
* Proficient in effective communication, encompassing both written and verbal forms.
* Possesses a solid grasp of commerce and macroeconomics concepts.
* Exhibits energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation, coupled with a strong desire for continual learning.
* Demonstrates humility and a collaborative attitude, thriving within a small yet professional team setting.
* Prepared to embark on an apprenticeship degree program and commit to further educational endeavours
* Skilled in IT, proficiently navigating MS Office suites, databases, and various social media platforms
