Principle Purpose of Position:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a new Project Manager to support our Projects Team. To manage all installation projects allocated in an efficient manner, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Completing projects on time and within budget, whilst maximising gross profit and without compromising quality.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

* Full responsibility for a portfolio of short and medium term installation Projects.

* Deliver all undertakings safely, on-time, to specification and within budget.

* The selection and management of subcontractors and suppliers.

* Variation capture and change management.

* Foster repeat business, through class leading customer service.

* Ensure adherence to Health & Safety standards.

* Assessment of the required resources (Labour, Plant, Materials, Cost, Time).

* Development of project plans and progress tracking.

* Collaboration with the Design Team to Value Engineer projects where possible, improving cost efficiency and installation timescales.

* Occasional site visits for pre-start meetings and quality audits.

* Collaboration with the Sales Team, supporting work winning activities and new opportunities.

* Achievement of departmental and personal KPIs.

* Very strong planning and organisational skills - to facilitate multitasking.

* Strong IT and Communication Skills.

Experience & Qualifications:

* Project Management experience required.

* Experience in Construction, Fit Out, Installation, M&E or comparable fields.

* A recognised Project Management Qualification would be beneficial, as would SMSTS and/or a CSCS Card, but training could be provided.
