The Solution Group are recruiting on behalf of our client who is seeking a dedicated and experienced HSE Advisor to join their team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in ensuring health, safety, and environmental standards are maintained at high-profile sites.

Key Responsibilities:

* Review and assess Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

* Conduct weekly site inspections to monitor safety standards.

* Perform safety interventions when necessary to uphold site safety.

* Provide expert guidance on working at height, manual handling, and other safety protocols.

* Foster a culture of safety and continuous improvement on-site.

Requirements:

* NEBOSH General Certificate (minimum requirement).

* Proven experience working at an energy-from-waste plant or similar environment.

* Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations, with practical experience in reviewing RAMS.

* Ability to conduct site inspections and implement safety interventions effectively.

* Experience with working at height, manual handling, and other key safety areas.
