Salary: £26,000- 30,000 dependent on experience

I am delighted to be seeking a Junior Architectural technologist to join a well-established Architectural practice who have a rich history of delivering award winning projects across a range of building types. Their diverse portfolio of projects covers innovative designs in the commercial, leisure and retail sectors to name a few. From interior design to master planning and architecture their talented team are experts at what they do, all underpinned by a working environment where creativity thrives. With several exciting projects on the horizon with high profile clients they are seeking a junior Architectural Technologist to join their RIBA Chartered practice in North Yorkshire.

The successful Junior Architectural Technologist will have experience working on retail-based projects, being a confident user of Revit and AutoCAD and keen to continue professional development.

Responsibilities, experience, and skills for the role of Junior Architectural Technologist:

Hold a degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology or similar
CIAT member
1-2 years of post qualification experience within a UK Architectural Practice
Strong technical knowledge and portfolio
You will be a confident user of Revit and AutoCAD
Excellent communication abilities
Proactive and enthusiastic approach to work
Keen to continue professional development
Experience working on Retail based projects or similar
Keen eye for detail
