? Sales & Production Manager - Equestrian
? Salary: c. £30,000 p.a. pro rata
⏳ Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 5:30 pm
? Contract: 6-month fixed term
? Location: North Oxfordshire (own transport needed ?)

? Sales & Production Manager Contract - Key Responsibilities:

✅ Oversee production timeframes, ensuring high-quality outputs and exceptional customer service.
✅ Develop & implement strategic plans to exceed productivity expectations.
✅ Manage embroidery workshop capacity & team rotas effectively.
✅ Work closely with Finance & MD to ensure sustainable growth ?.
✅ Collaborate with Finance to optimise profitability & reduce waste.
✅ Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations ⚖️.

? Desirable Skills & Experience - Sales & Production Manager Contract:

✔️ Experience in production or retail management, ideally in fashion or textiles.
✔️ Knowledge of sewing/embroidery ? or horse yard/BHA registration ? (training available).
✔️ Strong leadership & communication skills—planning experience a plus!
✔️ Excellent organisational abilities & attention to detail.
✔️ Ability to work on-site (Mon-Fri), with occasional weekend availability during peak times.
