Job title: Commercial Manager
Type: Permanent
Location: East Kilbride
Salary: £70,000- £80,000 +package

Are you an experienced Commercial Manager in either telecoms or construction?
Fancy an opportunity to lead and develop the commercial team of a leading telecommunications infrastructure service provider?
If yes, Build Space has the role for you!

Commercial Manager roles and responsibilities:

- Work alongside project delivery teams for the work packages/ Project change control & management.
- Liaise with Project/ Contracts Managers to collate information on the projects.
- Package cost management, including forecasting, budget management and control.
- Prepare internal and external commercial reports.
- Manage costs of direct labour, material, plant and subcontractors.
 
Commercial Manager skills & experience:

- Degree qualified or similar.
- Proven ability to run complex bids and multiple bids.
- NEC, JCT, ICE or bespoke contracts experience.
- Knowledge and understanding commercial construction law.
- Excellent IT and communication skills.
