NIGHT CLEANER ROLE
Temporary role, week to week.
Location: Barking IG11
- Paying £12.60per hour
Start: ASAP
Working Hours: 40 hours per week: Sunday to Thursday 9pm to 5.30am
HRGO Recruitment are recruiting for experienced cleaners to work in a busy food production within the Barking IG11 area.
Job Purpose: A skilled hygiene operative, deep cleaning production areas including structural, food contact equipment, machinery and drainage. Working in a small team responsible for cleaning the factory following a day of production to ensure the environment is safe for producing food the following day.
The duties include:
Work efficiently and productively to ensure all food production areas are cleaned in accordance with cleaning schedule
Deep cleaning of floors, walls, ceilings, drains, tables, equipment, machinery and tools
Cleaning between production shifts
Responsible, disciplined and self-motivated to ensure all work is completed correctly without constant supervisory attendance
Report any damage, issues or incidents to supervisor in a timely manner to enable support and corrective actions
Use chemicals and tools provided correctly and effectively to ensure all items are cleaned thoroughly
Understand importance of hygiene in a food production environment and work to ensure that our environment is safe for producing food
Work with Production team to ensure hygiene work is carried out with consideration for any continuing production activities
Deputise for Hygiene Supervisor in their absence
Follow H&S instructions to keep yourself and your team safe and happy at workFull PPE is provided - including hairnet and boots.
This role starts on a temporary contract leading to a permanent role after 12 weeks
