Responsibilities

* Develop business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and enhance profitability

* Hire, train, and oversee staff to ensure high performance and consistent service

* Meet sales goals by motivating, mentoring, and providing feedback to staff

* Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service

* Manage store’s inventory effectively

* Complete store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures

* Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is presentable and standards are maintained

* Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc.)

* Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays

* Stay updated on market trends and fashion releases to interpret in store merchandising

Qualifications

* Proven successful experience as a retail manager

* Knowledge of latest fashion trends and high-end products

* Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

* Leadership and people management skills, with an ability to motivate and lead a team

* Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

* BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field
