About the Role:

A respected two-form entry Roman Catholic primary school in Willesden Green is seeking an experienced and ambitious Year 6 Teacher to take on the role of Phase Leader, with the potential for progression to Assistant Headteacher. Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Year 6 team, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.​

Teach a Year 6 class, preparing pupils for their transition to secondary education.​

Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.​

Person Specification:

Qualifications: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential).​

Experience: Proven experience teaching Upper Key Stage 2, with leadership experience or potential.​

Skills: Strong leadership and organisational skills, a commitment to the school's Catholic ethos, and the ability to inspire and motivate both staff and pupils.​
