Job role: Accounts & Office Manager
Salary: £40K - £42K pa + bonus & benefits
Location: Horsham, West Sussex - Officed based
Duties and responsibilities include:
Overseeing a sizable team of direct and in-direct reports
Conduct 1to1's, appraisals and ensure target setting for the team
Weekly reconciliation of cashbook
Production of financial reports, cashbook maintenance and bank
Authorising payments and invoices
Oversee the credit control function, ensuring accurate and timely collection of aged debt
Onboarding new clients and relevant administration
Continuously look for process improvements and efficienciesSkills and experience required
Demonstratable exposure of managing teams, both direct and indirect reports
Financial accounting, bookkeeping and general cashbook maintenance experience
Strong system skills inclusive of Excel
