Sharp Consultancy are working closely with a growing manufacturing business in Chesterfield who are looking to bring in an experienced finance professional into their team.

This business has recently been acquired by a PE Backed group who are now looking to maximise this businesses potential. Reporting into the Group FC, this is a role that will give continuous exposure into a globally represented Group.

This role will include duties such as:

Completion of month end accounts including – Accruals & Prepayments, Profit & Loss, Balance sheet reconciliations, journals

*

Intercompany work across relevant companies within the Group

*

Present forecasts and reforecasts to the Group FC

*

Support the budget setting

*

Supporting internal and external audits

*

Handling transactions in multi-currency

*

VAT Returns

What you need to have:

*

Must be AAT Qualified

*

Have excellent attention to detail and be able to prioritise workload

*

Have worked within a Group setting previously
