Role
As a Graduate Health & Safety Advisor you will assist the Senior Consultant with undertaking thorough Health and Safety audits and inspections on site, providing support to the Senior H&S Consultant, conducting risk assessments, monitoring and reporting. You will also have sound understanding of the Building Safety Act 2022 and the Building Regulations 2023 and be willing to develop your skills and knowledge to work towards delivering the new Building Regulations Principal Designer service to clients in future.

The ideal candidate for the Graduate Health & Safety Advisor job will possess a positive and motivated attitude towards work, demonstrate your interest and desire to achieve within the Health & Safety industry. You will also need to be proactive, positive, and confident communicating at all levels and able to work as part of a team.
* Have a good understanding of CDM Regulations 2015 (desirable)
* Strong Communication skills
* A good understanding of up-to-date Building Regulations and the Building Safety Act (desirable)
* A methodical, professional, and collaborative approach
* Ability to organise your workload
