Our client is a prestigious property developer and managing agent that specialise in the ultra high end residential sector. It is currently looking to employ a Maintenance Manager to oversee a portfolio of properties in Mayfair and Belgravia.

As the Maintenance Manager, you will work on behalf of an UHNWI and be the first point of contact for all maintenance issues. This will include all planned and reactive works to M&E, fabrics, kitchens, lifts, H&S and other related building services. You will oversee all specialist contractors in order to ensure a first class service delivery.

The successful Maintenance Manager will work to the highest possible professional and practical standards and have a proven track record in operating at this level and in these circles. You must have worked for private families previously or have a strong background in high-end hospitality.
